Vessel "HORNISSE" docks at the LINDENAU shipyard

The  vessel “HORNISSE” which was delivered by the LINDENAU shipyard in 1998 will also have a nitrogen aggregate installed.

After the recurring class works are completed, the yard will install an inert gas system. The nitrogen producing aggregate is installed to reduce the probability of an explosion by filling up the tanks and pipes with nitrogen thereby preventing the development of explosive gasses.

The shipping company chose the LINDENAU shipyard as a partner because it is convinced of its strengths and quality.

Through these assignments, both parties show their commitment to the long standing business relationship and prove that shipbuilding “Made in Kiel-Friedrichsort” has an excellent name and a bright future.
